Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES AND IMPORTANT INFO:

We ship as fast as we can. Orders placed earlier in the day have a higher probability of being shipped on the same day. Expedited shipping such as FedEx 2-Day or Overnight options must be placed as early as possible. We prioritize the expedited orders, but we are held to the cutoff times by the shipping companies. In the event the order is placed and the cutoff time has passed (3:30pm AZ Time) or we cannot get the order filled in time, the order will go out as soon as possible the following business day. It is important to note that USPS (even the 2-day option) is NOT guaranteed by USPS. They basically put your order in the front of the line when possible.  They are USUALLY correct, but not always. Just because you choose 2-day should not be considered a guaranteed service. We do ALL we can to be fast and efficient. We appreciate your business and the reviews we get often speak to our fast shipping. Please consider this information before shipping.  If it is an emergency- we strongly recommend FedEx Overnight.  For international orders, we also recommend FedEx shipping whenever it makes sense as tracking is much better.
