CARD CHARGED RECENTLY? 

UPDATE: 12-7-18- WorldPay Credit Card Processing has Admitted fault with this whole situation.  Any Double Charges that occurred from the affected order period (Oct 14th-23rd) are already in the process of being credited back.

12/6/18- OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT CHARGING ANY TRANSACTIONS OUR CUSTOMERS PLACED BETWEEN OCT 14th-31st of 2018.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU KNOW WE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS UNTIL OUR CUSTOMERS STARTED CALLING US DECEMBER 5TH ASKING WHY THEIR CARD WAS CHARGED! OUR PROCESSING COMPANY HAS BLAMES THIS ON A "GLITCH" ON THEIR END, AND IS UNACCEPTABLE TO LASHES DIRECT! WE APOLOGIZE THIS HAS BECOME AN ISSUE. WE ARE RESOLVING IT THE VERY BEST WAY WE CAN.

WHAT WE KNOW:

WE ARE NOW AWARE THAT ANY ORDERS PLACED FROM OCTOBER 14th to OCTOBER 31st HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED ON BOTH DECEMBER 5th and 6th!

WE HAVE LEARNED THAT THESE ORDERS ARE LEGITIMATE CHARGES FROM ORDERS PLACED DURING THAT TIME PERIOD- OF COURSE, HOWEVER, ANY DOUBLE CHARGE IS NOT LEGITIMATE AND WE ARE TIRELESSLY WORKING TO GET THEM TO CREDIT THOSE BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. (THIS WILL HAPPEN QUICKLY AND HAS BEEN ESCALATED IN THEIR SYSTEM TO HAPPEN FROM WHAT THEY HAVE TOLD US)

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS EMBARRASSING INCIDENT, AS WE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA THIS WOULD HAPPEN! 

OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY HAS ADMITTED FAULT FOR NOT TELLING US SO WE COULD NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMERS OF THE DELAYED LEGITIMATE CHARGES, AND FOR THOSE WHO THEY ACCIDENTALLY DOUBLE CHARGED, WE ARE WORKING HARD CREDIT BACK YOUR CARDS AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE!

WE REGRET THIS HAPPENED, AND HOPE THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR TRUST WE HAVE BUILT WITH OUR AWESOME CUSTOMERS OVER THE PAST 9 YEARS.  THIS IS THE FIRST (AND LAST) INCIDENT LIKE THIS.  

ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE OCT 14TH AND AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS ONE TIME EVENT.

PLEASE USE THE CONTACT INFO BELOW IF NEEDED, BUT HAVE PATIENCE AS WE HAVE BEEN INUNDATED WITH CALLS SO OUR LINE MIGHT BE BUSY.  EMAIL IS GREAT, BUT WE WANT EVERYONE TO FEEL OUR CONCERN AND KNOW THAT NO CUSTOMER INFORMATION HAS BEEN COMPROMISED, AND THAT THIS ERROR LAYS FULLY AT THE FEET OF OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR, WORLD PAY.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU WERE NOT CHARGED IN OCTOBER WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORDER(S) IN QUESTION, AND ALSO CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS THIS DECEMBER TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE IF YOU WERE IN FACT DOUBLE CHARGED.

NO ACTION ON YOUR PART IS NECESSARY AS WE ARE FULLY AWARE OF ALL TRANSACTIONS AFFECTED, AND WILL FIGHT FOR EVERY PENNY TO BE CREDITED BACK FOR THE DOUBLE CHARGES.

FINALLY, WE UNDERSTAND THE HORRIBLE TIMING AS THIS IS THE CHRISTMAS SEASON AND MONEY TENDS TO BE TIGHTER FOR MANY. AGAIN, WE HAD NOT A CLUE THIS WOULD HAPPEN, BUT THE ORDERS PLACED WITHIN THE DATE RANGE ARE LEGITIMATE DUE TO YOUR ORDER.  IF THIS CHARGE IN ANY WAY WILL AFFECT YOUR CHRISTMAS OR PUTS YOU IN A TIGHT SPOT, PLEASE CONTACT US AS WE ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO SEE IF WE CAN FIND A BETTER WAY OR TIME TO CHARGE YOU.

All orders submitted BEFORE 2pm Arizona time, will be entered that day whenever possible.  Most in State AZ orders will usually be delivered next day. Not always however.  

Canadian on other international orders can be expected within 7-14 days barring Customs intervention with is very rare, but can occur.
