HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

You already ordered your Eyelash Extension Supplies from Lashes Direct, and you want to see where your package is right now?

There are a few things to know first:

1) Check your email.  We send you an email immediately once we receive your order! We send a second email out with tracking info the morning after it goes out.  That means that you should have all important tracking info needed in your email inbox.  

It is important to contact us if you DID NOT get an email within 15 minutes of placing your order. It is possible if you ordered using a poor internet connection that we did not receive the order, or you misspelled your email address and we sent to the wrong email!  It's easy to fix- just contact us so we are on top of it for you!

2) If you ordered in the evening, or late afternoon- it will most likely be set to go out the next morning, so you will not receive tracking info until the following morning.  We do this to keep flexibility to change orders if you need to... just call us, and as long as it hasn't gone out yet- we will change it.  

It is good to know we do not ship Saturdays or Sundays.  We also Do Not ship on National Holidays.

3) Usually, by the time you get the tracking number, it is well on it's way!
